ENTEK Ltd. was formed in April 1991 as a limited-liability Company. In 1993, ENTEK limited-liability Company was transformed into joint-stock Company (closed) – ENTEK Ltd., registration No. 362.306, Moscow. Now there are 88 official collaborators working in ENTEK Ltd.
